Exchange & Refund Policy

At House of Raadhvi, every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please read the following policy carefully

Exchange Policy

* Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
* The saree must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in its original condition with the tags, blouse piece, packaging and invoice intact.
* Requests received after 48 hours will not be accepted.
* Exchange is subject to inspection and approval by our team.
* An exchange does not qualify for a cash refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

* The saree received is damaged or defective.
* A different saree has been delivered instead of the saree ordered.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, colour expectations or any other reason unrelated to damage, defect or an incorrect product

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear and continuous opening video is compulsory for all damage, defect or incorrect-product claims.

The video must:

* Begin before the shipping package is opened.
* Clearly show the shipping label and sealed package.
* Show the complete opening process without any cuts, pauses or editing.
* Clearly capture the saree and the reported damage, defect or incorrect product.

Claims without a valid opening video will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How to Raise a Request

Please contact our customer-support team within 48 hours of delivery and share:

* Order number
* Customer’s name and registered contact number
* Reason for the request
* Clear photographs of the saree
* Complete opening video

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions. Please do not send the saree back without confirmation from our team.

Refund Processing

* Refunds will be processed only after the request has been approved and, where required, the returned saree has been received and inspected.
* All refunds will be made electronically through online payment only. Cash refunds will not be provided.
* For prepaid orders, the refund will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, customers may be asked to provide their bank account or UPI details.
* Once approved and initiated, the refund may take approximately 5–6 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Online and Store Purchases

Products purchased through our website are handled exclusively by our online customer-support team. Online orders cannot be taken to any House of Raadhvi retail store for a refund. Likewise, products purchased from a physical store will be governed by that store’s applicable policy.

Important Note

Minor variations in colour may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings. Slight irregularities commonly associated with handwoven or handcrafted sarees are part of their unique character and will not ordinarily be considered damage or defects.

House of Raadhvi reserves the right to reject a request if the product does not meet the conditions stated above or if the required proof is incomplete.
